Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026 • Last Revised: September 9, 2026. Please review these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the GravitasGPT platform, APIs, or situational reasoning services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, creating an account with, or utilizing any services provided by Digital Gravitas LLC ("GravitasGPT"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a corporation or entity, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind that entity.
2. Advisory Nature & Non-Fiduciary Clarification
GravitasGPT operates as an advanced executive situational sounding board utilizing structured cognitive frameworks (including the 8-Pillar GRAVITAS model, BLUF, and PLUS directives). GravitasGPT does not provide formal legal, financial, accounting, medical, or statutory fiduciary counsel. All synthesized counsel, crisis interception directives, and scenario analyses are provided for reflective, strategic preparation purposes. The executive client remains exclusively responsible for organizational and board decisions.
3. Account Security & Authorization
You must provide accurate, verifiable registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and session tokens. You agree to notify us immediately at security@digitalgravitas.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription, Quotas & Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Daily token allowances, monthly escalated strategic reasoning quotas, and conversation history retention limits are governed by your designated subscription tier (Foundation, Pro, Executive, or Enterprise).
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Settings portal. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current billing cycle without prorated refunds.
5. Intellectual Property & Deliberation Ownership
You retain complete, unencumbered ownership of all executive queries, corporate documentation, situational descriptions, and strategic prompts you input into the platform. As between you and GravitasGPT, you own all synthesized advisory outputs generated specifically in response to your queries.
Digital Gravitas LLC retains all intellectual property rights in the GravitasGPT software, brand, proprietary 8-Pillar framework, vector scoring architectures, and multi-agent synthesis engines.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Engage in securities fraud, market manipulation, or unlawful corporate conspiracies.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying model architectures.
- Automate scraping or bypass quota enforcement mechanisms through unauthorized bots.
- Transmit malware, viruses, or disruptive systemic payloads.
7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAVITASGPT AND DIGITAL GRAVITAS LLC PROVIDE THE PLATFORM "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGITAL GRAVITAS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, REPUTATIONAL INJURY, OR REVENUE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH EXECUTIVE DECISIONS MADE UPON PLATFORM OUTPUTS.
8. Termination & Deletion
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you may invoke a cryptographic hard purge of your longitudinal memory and consultation records. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of egregious breaches of these terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy shall be resolved via confidential binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
